    While this is true, there's also so many ways around it. The changing of capitalization in a word, or slightly altering it and you're good to go, in many cases. There's so much fine print and semantics involved. It's also ridiculous the cases some companies make out of this sort of thing. Remember the whole mikerowesoft.com fiasco? Like anyone would mistake that for Microsoft and it was the guys name...but they went after him anyway.

    b:laugh Yeah I remember Microsoft giving the guy some training for Microsoft certification, a Xbox and some other stuff.

    And talking about Microsoft, I think that is a very good example of what I was saying before.
    The windows company owns a lot of Technology related patents. I remember reading somewhere that Microsoft was making good money with patents related to the Android OS
    This agreement was not with Google, but with HTC I think.

    Apple also sued HTC for the same reazon, but Im not sure if that company was able to get something from HTC.
