downloading game Error

I have problem with downloading game. Always when i try start download there is error.
Help pls b:surrender

    Moving this to Tech Support.

    Considering what the image is showing, my immediate question is if Arc has been excluded from AV/firewalls as they can potentially block Arc from performing a download. That said, as Sylen mentioned, there's really not much information to go by here.

    image must be blocked through my work network, which is odd. really odd....
