ok so what is up with all this lag on the heaven's tear server? if you's cant fix the troubles you have now, why add more stuff to the game? you all what to add this 6th class and new expansion, but you CANT fix what the troubles we already have. ANd with ALL the money you make in this game from people buying. You STILL dont fix anything. so whats up with that? yes. im QQ and complaining. tried to do bh warsong and couldnt due to server freezing up.. its enough to make anyone pissed off. b:angry when your trying to work your toon to fight and all you get is an old car that wouldn't turn over, but spit and sputter. urgh!!
and dont tell me its my computer or whichever. i have a very good computer and awesome internet. its on your side so fix it please. stop being so lazy on your job and do it right. thank you .

show us the proof, wheres the traceroute? oh thers not one? did you spend 10 seconds in technical support forum? ofc so you just know its the server..although 99% of people arent complaining

*nod nod* maybe the pwe admins would fix problems if 99% of the time the QQ is not their fault and the users could check and know that, but nope, go ahead and waste the GMs time so they dont have any to actually fix anything

in short: 99% of the problem on HT is the players, do you volunteer to help fix this? i can make you a step by step guide how to uninstall, but then again you probably wouldnt read it

nice going removing other people post i take annything negative in comments towards pwi gets removed by you you should work as a dev for this game if you put some much effort in it pwi could become a good game agian

See and that's really the sad part. People like me, probably put more effort into supporting this game than a full half of the Support Staff that they have.

Granted though, I'm deeply familiar with the game, having been playing since beta, writing guides for it, and even managing and developing my own servers. Most of the support staff at PWE is a handful of college interns that know hardly anything about the games are are required to support all 18-some-odd titles that PWE currently has published.

We're getting really far off topic now though.


I'm happy to help find the source of the problems. I just need something more to work with. I've seen a few recently where the source of the latency was obviously on the West Coast ISP connections and have advised submitting ticket on them in all cases.

unfortunately, the responses from support are less than helpful. They to manage to mysteriously resolve it shortly afterwards though. b:surrender

In other cases, where it's not on PWE's end, (which is a large majority by the way), I can still provide assistance with narrowing down the source of the issue and providing workarounds or fixes.

unfortunately if all you ever put is "QQ, I'm getting bad lag. Fix it PWE or else!", theer's nothing I can really do to help you but point you here and pray that you bother to take the time to read it.

Oh brother.

Go read the rules. Pointless and useless negative stuff that has no hint of constructive criticism whatsoever is supposed to get infractions and warnings. The mods are still too nice to do this but since you insist on ignoring the fact that you PM mods if you take offense with the actions of a mod you can enjoy your infraction anyways.

Also your trolling was kinda sad tbh. Seriously, you could have at least come up with something more original in that post.



PS: If you've quit then go away. We don't want you here and you certainly don't seem to want to be here so just leave without coming back and it'll be a win/win for everyone.
