Any progress on forum avatars?

I've been away from PWI for a couple years. When I came back, I logged into the forums and tried to switch my avatar to display the char I've been playing most often. Instead, I set it to display no avatar -- and now it won't let me select any char at all. Actually, it doesn't show any chars as options now.

I searched and found this has been an ongoing problem for several months. Has there been any update on when this will be fixed, or has anyone found a way to work around it?

    Which is why said ongoing thread is on page 1 of Quality Corner with people still annoyed about it.

    Nope, it's been well over a year, and they still can't seen to fix that one little tidbit of forum code.


    Or they don't give a rat's a**.


    I'm betting on the latter lately.
