Classic Holiday Hat for men???

Why is it that you can buy the various holiday fashions for women in the boutique, INCLUDING the Classic Holiday Hat....but you can't buy the hat for the men? I have one on my barb from last year, and I see other male toons wearing them, but you can't buy them in the Boutique. Why not? Doesn't make sense.
