Dumb but honest question.......cauz i'm confused. is trading and selling accounts still banable?? because the amount of people selling and trading accounts these days are freaking stupid, and i can bet it's 90% of these people who are being **** and hacking... sad part is even with loads of proof sent in to pwi about this (people buying/selling accounts) they just let it all past by like nothing... so that leads me to wonder if it's still banable....

Uhmm... Should be. If it is I can assure the staff have absolutely no time/****s to give to these offenders. If it's not bannable then ..... ok w/e
