    Could you please post details on how you actually made your tickets for support, please?
    A pm would be fine, if the forum rules prevent posting how you wrote your ticket. I am asking for two friends that couldn't disable it and they haven't got access to their old e-mail accounts.

    ok first off go to arc and attempt to disable defender, then take screenshot of the results.
    then go to paint and save it as jpg .
    then create a support ticket attaching this screenshot to it.

    follow their directions, if first set doesn't work then next step is harder but doable if you know the email addy you signed up with, just fill in what they want and they will disable defender for you.

    even if the person get stuck at security number (b4 arc access?) i got friends with that issue, lol.

    If you got messed up by the security code then I don't know for sure, try to get to support and open a ticket but otherwise just use the workaround to play pw without running arc.

    you won't be able to redeem any free codes without access to ARC.

    my workaround is
    open patcher and then do cut and paste on stringtab.txt and place it in downloads folder,
    then create a shortcut to patcher.exe for your desktop, or if useing win 7 or win 8 pin patcher.exe to the taskbar/start menu.

    there are other ways to do the workaround but this is the way I do it.

    PW will still update on its own and you avoid ARC completely.

    how long before pwe finally admits arc defender is horrid and takes it off? i still have an account that can't access arc or redeem codes. sometimes the codes/pins come through the email address sometimes they dont. i enter them immediately and they say does not match. i tried to send a ticket but well you have to be able to log in to arc to send a ticket. i tried sending it from another email address and the person answering the ticket said ok we can fix it just message me from the account via arc. facepalm.

    didnt pwi just have a security breach a few months ago where hundreds of players were locked out and had to reset their passwords? but now we should trust your new security? LOL?

    don't know bout security breach , But I agree that defender is a garbage program and should go away..


    I would like to see everyone that wants ARC defender gone should PM sparkiesoft and let him know, maybe if enough do we can get rid of it or at least get it disabled by default..be nice to sparkie he is doing his best,just let him know you don't like defender...

    I can't understan this Defender, becouse i have been playing this game in this computer for ages, but at the last upgrate it apeared... I tryed to use the "Were is my pin" but i haveng got any pin. but it is the second time that i have a 24 off XD so now i can log in...

    Have you checked the spam folder for your e-mail? Some of them may send it there (or a junk folder) by mistake.

    arc becoming annoying. I am on the same pc but it says it's different just cause of the ip... i thought it was going to track mac addresses but it seems it tracks IP. lol

    So i have to send myself the code each and every time I logon since my ip addressing is dynamic.

    Same error when I try to disable. "could not complete that request at this time. please try again later" for several days now.

    i can't log in because of arc i can't access my email to get a pin because its deleted, microsoft deleted all email with .es . pwi doesnt let me change it, always error.... the support is taking so long to answer...

    The problem I have with Arc defender is that it locked this account to 1 of my pc's. ( I don't have access to this mail anymore ). However, that computer crashed and I had to formate it, and when I installed arc and pwi again, I couldn't log into this account on arc.

    How do I solve this problem?
