So when I log on around 5pm server time on Heaven's Tear the lag is so bad that the game is unplayable. This usually lasts til 10pm. I want to know if this happens to anyone else on the west coast. And if it's happening to others will PWE do anything to fix it?

    Since you have a specific time and it's a regular issue, could you possibly provide a traceroute when you get the issue?

    From there, you'll be likely to get some assistance on it.

    ... Wow it must have really been devoted to pretending to be fine since it got its butt in gear once you did the traceroute (and the trace shows what's actually an incredibly good connection at that).

    Maybe you should threaten it by saying you'll post about what happened in tech support. b:laugh

    I and several of my faction have had this same problem for a couple weeks now. I posted my tracert on the older post a couple days ago. Very similar tracert results but a 31,000ms ping. Also looked at the login page that shows all 4 west coast servers and three were just fine, 75 to 100ms while Archosaur was maxed at 3,000ms. Sure wish PWI would figure out the problem as it really is totally unplayable at these lag times.

    Well when I did that tracert the game was at 2896ms. My connection was fine. I could visit sites and have other programs open no problem. I didn't have anything else open when I was playing. I thought maybe someone in my house was downloading or uploading stuff but everyone said no. We got 2 PCs besides my own, several phones hooked up to the net and a Xboxone. The xbox was off. Maybe the xbox was updating? After reading the recent post tho I guess it is something else. After the tracert and posting all this the game was spotty the rest of the night. This really sucks. I missed both NWs this weekend. I've pretty much played the game since the beginning and this is the first time anything like this has happend to me. Please fix this guys.
