XP/Spirit from botting

Not sure if this the right place to post this but.

lately i'm having this issue regarding xp and spirit earned from botting. While i still have earning time on my counter, killing mobs just give me 1/10 of the usual xp and spirit ( i.e 66 xp from mobs that usually give 667). I noticed how this happens when my toon gets stuck and i have to restart the auto-culti; i've tried to relog but it doesnt fix the problem and i have to wait till the next day. Anyone has experienced this kind of "bug/glitch"?

    You used hypers and are now in exhaustion time. Reduces exp/spirit gain by 90%.

    Hypers on exhaustion time.

    -0.9 EXP multiplier so not noticeable during EXP boosting events like 2x/3x.

    Another cause of it can be if you're leveling up very fast (such as doing autoculti shortly after rebirth, with very OP gear). Once mobs are a few levels below you, you suffer an XP penalty. Drops penalty too.
