The Emperor's Sword

I just did the quest to kill Tyrant in FSP.

Now i have a quest called: The Emperor's Sword, Corrupted Light

And text saying boundaries phase need to be complete first.

I find no info on these quests in http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi

Where can i find info, and what should i do next? b:surrender

PS! I am reborn 1 time, and lvl 101 again.

    think missed npc at end of FSP

    I believe the one you need is this step: There is a NPC at the top of the stairs where Mushi comes down that you speak to after Mushi is killed.
