    For those interested (and the few who asked me to put the rest up), here is the rest of my ticket with PWE staff regarding this matter.

    Me to them:
    How does a boutique item become "unavailable"...it isn't real life where you run out of stock. Please provide REAL feed back and provide a solution not a meaningless reply. I demand and EXPECT the orbs to come back on sale at the maintenance tomorrow. They were falsely advertised. When someone fcks up they often try to fix their mistakes, instead you guys just cover up your tracks?

    I had been saving gold TO BUY orbs to refine my armor. So were many others. I know turning the sales back on is as simple as flicking a switch. For once stop disappointing us customer/players. Thanks.

    I am beyond frustrated at this point. I realise this may be outside your control but re-read your responses to this ticket and tell me, are they actual answers or just politically correct responses that are generic and can be copy and pasted into any ticket.

    1. Please explain what availability of items mean. They are not real and don't exist in the physical world, you can't run out of pixel stocks?!

    2. Do I need to keep the ticket open? Every time a GM responds with "please rest assured ... people are investigating ... issues will be resolved" it means that they close the ticket and NOTHING occurs after that. I still haven't even gotten an answer for a ticket I submitted 4 months ago.

    NOTICE THE SIMILARITY OF IT TO YOUR RESPONSE??

    Please provide REAL answers even if you can't provide solutions. Tell me WHO ****ed up. Tell me why you PWE staff try to cover up their mistakes by going back and editing the news website and putting in end dates that are already over? Tell me WHO is actually doing WHAT to try and find a SOLUTION.

    P.S if you don't know the difference between a solution and an answer I'll clarify it here to save us 10 tickets worth of going back and forth. A solution would be to switch the orb sale back on as you had originally advertised for and the problem and customer's frustrations would disappear. An answer would be to provide a response to the above questions so customers know what is going on. And yes, solutions make people happy, answers just show us who is to blame so we don't burn the wrong people at the stakes. (Not a real life threat, no one is going to burn, just a saying derived from witch hunting back in the early days).

    Oh well PWI just lost like 800 USD not my problem.

    Yeah, it's not their problem, nor they are worried. They know everyone who wanted to buy from boutique will do it next time, because they need the orbs b:chuckle

    im surprised your ticket quotes havent been sniped out by mods yet b:laugh

    I had a simliar situation where i made a sage primal book (i swear i clicked demon) by mistake and they basically told me that they are unable to create the book or the blood, dispite giving out a code for 3 blood the week before and someone who had the same problem and had it resolved told me to put the ticket in in the first place. I mean, they are just pixels, its not exactly difficult for a gm to spawn them in.
