Delay the maintenance on West until you've fixed East

Just a small request in case it would reach GM's ears/eyes/whatever.

To avoid any further problems, please don't start the maintenance on West Coast servers before all the East coast servers are up. We don't want all the US servers compromised at once, rite?b:chuckle
