Why can't I charge zen?

I've been trying for a few days now. I've charged one night and then the next I couldn't. It keeps saying 'Card not authorized' or 'CardField Blank 430450'. I've repaired arc, contacted my bank, and so on and so forth. Nothing so far has yielded any answers. Any ideas?b:surrender

    Most likely you're entering incorrect info, probably your CC number.

    I had sent in a ticket. There was something with the direct pay portion of it that was blocking me from purchasing any gold. They got back to me within 3 hours of submitting a ticket.

    i am having the same trouble with (430,450) can you plz tell me what they did to help you? Whats the direct pay portion?!
