    Tracking tool is working fine, this time we got orbs properly, the correct amount everyone according to what people mentioned here

    Problem was with the amount of B and S packs only I THINK, Ticket sent and hoping for the best

    You stated that this thread was an attempt to contact the higher ups including Sparky. Now you are backtracking and saying that this thread was to let others know that they aren't the only ones with the issue. Your latest reason for the thread is valid as it pertains to the gaming community as a whole. I'm taking issue with your first post. I said the best method to contact the higher ups about an issue is by submitting a ticket and not creating a thread in the forum for that purpose. Customer support gets boatloads of tickets every day and as understaffed as they are they are addressing the tickets and not running to the forums to solve the issue.

    And the individual level I am referring to is the transactions itself. Every one of us spent different amounts of gold and are entitled to different quantities of rewards. Each ticket is reviewed on a case by case basis.

    Its nice you made it clear you arent worth my time. Trying to make staff aware of issue =//= whining for your stuff. If such distinction really is that hard for you to fathom, I truly pity you.

    Do you realize the workload they would have to do to give rewards manually? Knowing there is general issue with rewards they could work on having automated fix for it like last time. Nobody is asking their rewards here, they are asking acknowledgement of the issue and maybe directions from staff on how to proceed. But idea of trying to avoid overloading their ticket system unnecessary clearly escapes you.

    Of course everybody is entitled to different amount of rewards depending how much they spent. What I dont understand is why you brought it up at all. Only reasoning for bringing it up would be idiotic assumption the "Im missing XXX" posts are there in order to have staff fix it. Those posts are foremost to inform there is an issue and the more people post, the more obviously its a general issue. Why with the numbers what they are missing then? Its simply human behavior and heck, given enough data somebody might find a pattern if one is to be found.

    I also recieved the incorrect spend rewards, I spent atleast 153 gold and recieved only 3 B chests, 2 S chests and 2 Dragon Orb Oceans. Which means I am missing 3 B chests and 4 S chests. I have submit a ticket and am currently awaiting response.

    I notice however they are already doing a charge reward promotion so while I remain hopeful that this get sorted out I would not be suprised if they just ignored the issue as they are doing another reward promotion which they will probably send out the wrong rewards for and get another influx of tickets, as I notice lots of people get the incorrect rewards during most promotions, however that is just things I see ingame chat and have no proof of.

    If that is true then I think they need to stop doing spend/charge rewards untill they have a way to give out the correct rewards more efficiently b:surrender

    updated mail they sent me, after writing them back, it seems they did narrow down the problem and now have the correct spending amounts for people so thats good news. Luckily I knew the time of my purchases hopefully helped to narrow down the late nite monday spend issue and looks like they have the right spend amounts calculated now. So credit to the customer service team I'm sure their swamped with messages and they solved my concearns quickly and accurately, so i was very impressed with the customer service staff in the last 2 weeks, i feel they deserve a lot of credit for how quickly they have handled my issues so i thank them for that.

    Clearly the thread is proper. The only person raging is you. Had the thread been improper in anyway I am sure the mods would have come to action.

    The thread servers more than 1 purpose. To allow players to come together and see it affected more than just 1 person, affected everyone in fact. Secondly to bring attention to Sparkie.

    This affected everyone the same. They sent just 1 b chest or s chest instead of the 3 each. If they are able to send the remaining amount automatically, like last rewards problem, then this is a good way to get that done. We don't need to jam up the ticket system if it can be seen in one place on forums. Like last time.

    Orbs can e used on any equipment including r9rr.

    I never stated anywhere that your OP was not valid. In fact my 1st reply was to send in a ticket and some seemed to get all butthurt over it so I stated that the purpose of the forum is not to contact customer support to resolves issues. That is what the ticket system is for.

    And thanks for the info on the orbs.

    Did you 2 even read the last sentence of my post? Those who didn't get the proper number of items for the spend promo are already aware that they didn't. And the proper method of making PWI staff aware of an issue is by submitting a ticket to customer support and not by making a thread on the forum.

    The forum is not designed to deal with transaction issues on an individual level such as this. Submit a ticket.

    OMG like I spent over 450 gold I got my 6 +10 orbs on my main account and spent over 75 gold and got the 1 +10 orb on my catshop but only 6 S packs and 6 B chests on my main and 1 each on my catshop? OMG what gives? I got 1/3 of the card packs I should have received. We're being defrauded again. **** the attorney generals we need to file a complaint with the UN.

    Not true, I got 3 less 10* than i was suppose to on top of the missing S packs and B chests =/, though it does seem most people got the right amount of 10*.

    LOL! The sole purpose of the ticket system is to contact customer support directly and address issues like this. I'm certain a whole lot more people submitted tickets for this issue than posted on this thread so how would you know this thread is responsible for contacting a CM who basically stated the same thing I stated in my original reply? The forum exists mostly for the gaming community to share ideas, strategies in game play, answer questions based on experience or ask questions for advice from other players based on their experience and other related game play stuff between players. It is not to contact customer support to address issues such as this. Do you ever wonder why trying to get answers from PWI staff via the forum is like pulling teeth?
