How does the promo of last week works ?

Hello ,

I spent for example 171 gold last week during Promo , But pwi mailed me 6 B packs - 4 B-S Packs - 2x +10 Orbs .

While the promo page says u get 2 B-S per 50 gold spent ( 10 times repeatable). That makes it 6 B-S .

Then , I made a ticket and the answer was
"Thank you for updating us. Upon checking our records, we have verified that all the rewards equivalent to gold spent were already mailed to your character. For further questions or concerns, please let us know and we are always glad to assist you."

I'm not sure whats going on ? some of my friends had same Issue . If PWI isnt giving what they say on the Promo news , That's kinda not fair . I know they are giving the main important reward "+10 orbs " in accurate numbers , But B-S isn't something to be forgotten or ignored , its important .
Up for any challenge .

    It was fairly common sense to me but...

    Each promo ends after 75 gold.

    Spending 75 gold completes the promo and allows it to be completed again.

    You only completed the B chest promo 3x, in order to have completed the B-S 3x you would have had to spend 75+75+50, 200gold tadaa!
