Free Auroa Mount? Where?

I have been seeing this red system message for the past few months, about getting a free Aurora/turkey mount. But when I went on the sites, I can't find anything on the news pages or on that arc client ****. Can someone link me the site please?

    It's for first time zen buyers. It said it was supposed to be for everyone who bought zen but a lot of people didn't receive it even though they bought zen in the past. If you have bought zen before, check the email that your account is linked to for the code.

    In my experience, especially recent experience - I've found that you have to really analyze every word in PWI's advertisements...

    So trust.. when they say FREE... it's hardly... free.. always a hook.. always a hidden loop hole.. always .. going to cost you $$$.

    Only if you had bought zen before. Lots of players didnt receive anything even tho they met the requirements.
    Support told me that they are looking into some sort of compensation for a later date. Its been over a month now, and still nothing. Just another one of PWE's **** ups.
    Notice how they never stickied the topic about it? I even suggested it in an old post. They like to hide and ignore their mistakes.

    I haven't received mine and its been 3 days since i made my purchase. how long does it take?
