Zen Expiration

I just received an email requesting me to use my Zen before expiration, because the Arc wallet will soon be removed...
I have 5000Zen right now, and I am not willing to spend them anytime soon ...
Can someone explain what's going on?

The system is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again later.

there you go, the mail is in french(ARC EU), but the there is no sign of Phishing
(Before i am asked to give the full link, i am not going to do so because it shows some sensitive info: email & who knows someone might be able to get access to the account useing url ids etc ..)0 -

Don't need the full link to tell if it's phishing, just the host url is good enough.
Off the top of my head, it should be one of the following...
pwrd.perfectworld.com
pwi.perfectworld.com (not really used anymore)
arcgames.com
support.arcgames.com
Or some wanmei link that I can't recall currently; and truth be told, the first one and the one I can't recall are very unlikely for our version.

"Phishing is a way of attempting to acquire information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication."
In our games, most phishing attempts occur through either:
1. World Chat
2. In-game mail
3. In-game private messages
Most of these attempts offer promises of free ZEN, free coins, or free leveling.
If any player attempts to direct you to any website while in-game, please be extra-cautious. Phishing sites generally try to copy the look of the official PWI website, and prompt you to enter your username and password. Once they get your information, you'll immediately get booted off your account while they ransack your characters.
So please be extra careful any time you are prompted for your PWE username and password, and if you do suspect a player of attempting to lead you to a dangerous site, please submit a ticket and let us know.
Thanks, and stay safe![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
To clarify, you don't have to spend it, just move it into a game of your choice as the wallet will soon be going away. I'll make a post to help clear up any confusion.0
