What is wrong with the forum avatars?

First thing I like to point out is that I purchased the identity stone for like 32gold yesterday and today when I log on to the forum I still have my old character's name, why?

Second thing is now when I went into the User CP all I see is 1 char avatar, in the past it used to show all my chars avatars that were in game. Now I selected "do not display avatar" and now trying to get back any avatar but it's all gone? WTF?! b:angry

    Did u do naughty things and think an identity stone would make u safe :)?

    It happened to my account too. This forum is stupid and apparently this issue has been around since April or something. Welcome to your new avatar~ At least you have your join date and post count..I lost everything :(

    The forums have never accurately reflected in game information. I know players who were level 105 but the forum insisted that they were 87.
