Barrage of Arrows broken?

Hello i'm trying find for myself any info about skill Barrage of Arrows and does it works properly?
Skill description: Fire a devastating barrage of shots into the air every 3
seconds, consuming 655 Mana, to rain death down upon all
foes within 12 meters of your target. Deals base physical
damage plus 200% of weapon damage plus 6639. Channeling
continues until your mana is depleted or the spell is canceled.
So it's saying skill will work till ur manna go to 0 or u canceled spell, but in real time when target dead skill stop working. Seeker- vortex, wiz-The Dragon's Breath, and psy new skill- Furious Ocean, working even after target dead... So archers have wrong description of this skill or it's broken from start of PW.

As the description says, the aoe is put on your target. If that target disappears (well, dies) the aoe will disappear along with the target.
Vortex, Furios Ocean, Dragons Breath is aoe around yourself. Therefore it won't stop unless you yourself dissapear... Which you won't of course unless you die.youtube.com/user/Cebloon

IT has a Pro and a Con actually.
When you launch BOA on a moving target, BOA will keep moving along with your target, unlike those skills you mentioned.
The Con to this is, that once the target is dead, BOA stops.
Works as intended, now a random thought for all you archer: Wouldn't it be amazing to be able to shot BOA to friendly targets? Or to YOURSELF? The procedure will be completly broken, but can u imagine running around with a perma-barrage barrier around yourself? That would be hilarious xD0 -

You can do that, just duel and use BOA. this way was used before at heads in big room FF, usually Barb just duel and run in circle.0 -

Yep that's actually true, and even if you can't duel you can also (in instances) quit squad and AOE on a team-mate, then squad back. That won't work in TW though... wouldn't it be amazing? Cata barb running with an allied barrage on top of it!0 -

Used to do this in Zhen parties. Duel the cleric, and let the arrows fall while a puller kept pulling mobs into it. Used to be commonly done on Nightscream Islandb:pleased0 -

it has the added benefit of keeping aggro off the cleric as long as the archer lives, for the most part. i still see it in Delta/etc sometimes.Things said during a Twizted faction PK session:
