Reroll/Shards-Spending Coins/Losing Refines/Shards Sould Not Exist On Rerolls.

This thing its pretty annoying...why would u lose refines/shards after rerolling.Why u have to spend spend coins to keep them.Its a re roll stats not the dmq/shards.In all games i played so far i did not seen this thing.(even on android games)u can reroll ur value(status) withot losing anything.And the biggest probem its that its too epensive(rrr9+10).I see no point in this,actually it is:R.I.P money.Wha do u think?
