Instance glitch

Eoria - Harshlands

A guildie of mine just ran into this. She accidentally died dragging her alt through a BH instance. So she ressed in town with her alt still in the instance so she could res it. Well, when she went back in, it was a completely different instance.

I even had her switch lead to the alt, kick her cleric, and invite me and it still wouldn't put me in the same instance as the alt.

Annalyse - Heavens Tear

This has happened to me about 3 times over the course of the last couple years, every time in BH39. I'm not sure what causes it, but it always involved someone in squad dying, and either them trying to return or me joining squad to res and not being able to get in the same instance.

Asterelle - Sanctuary

What I'm assuming happened:
1) Main has lead in the squad, alt does not.
2) Alt dies, main leaves squad so as to switch to cleric to res.
3) Since the squad had only 2 people when the main left, the squad was dissolved with the main retaining ownership of the isntance (lead was never transferred). If the squad leader left a squad of 3 or more the lead would have been auto-transferred.
4) Alt is dead alone in an instance they do not own (dead characters do not receive a timer that kicks them out of instances).
5) Alt can not invite anyone into the instance since it's not theirs.

The confusion happens because of part 4. It's not obvious the dead char does not own an instance they are alone in because they have no timer.

As far as I know, she never left squad since, well, her main is a cleric.
