Bidding Hall Flyer Ticket: Nightmare Bond

Is it just my server or is this ticket not appearing on other server's Bidding Halls too?
We used to have it come around once in at least 2 weeks or so, sometimes twice in a week if lucky.
I've been waiting for it to come by again and I haven't seen it appear on our server's Bidding Hall since the last "update" we've had and well, pretty much this whole month so far.
I can't remember if I saw them last month at all..
Did they take this out? :c
I see other flyer like the Spectre Light one (with old pack flyers like Brilliant Plumes in it)
but no other 3.3 ones lately.

    I haven't seen the dyes in hall in ages. All I ever see in Sanc is the stupid skills and flyer tickets.
    I want dyes .___. especially red dyes

    Why would they do that D: sometimes the dyes ticket goes even higher than some of the lame flyer/skill tickets .___.
