arc log-in issue/server down

took me 40 minutes to sign into my account today. i could not sign in arc or online, how can people submit a ticket if they can't even sign in online? pwi didn't even take the time to update facebook, at least then people would know there is a sign in problem or the servers are downb:shocked
i clicked the repair arc button and still nothing.

    arc did actually crash for a while at least theyre login did u can check the arc fb page on the comments of some that dont evenn play pwi but other pwe games aswell were affected.. i got bored trying to log in after 30 mins with the message "arc internal server error" and 502 bad gateway messages... did just log in recently tho before posting this worked but o well still massive lagg for me atleast ... maybe after maint its btr b:laugh
