I have already try searching on google but I can't find out some answers about the ws weapons.

1) Do I need blacksmith lvls to recast a ws weapon?

2) If I reroll a ws weapon does the refines and shards disappear?

However you could have someone else do the crafting for you. Just make sure it's someone trustworthy.
