Charge Rewards vs Spend Rewards

Hello,

I am a bit confused between the two. Can someone tell me how they work and are the rewards limited to 1 per household?

    Charge rewards are from purchasing ZEN which can only be done by using real money. Spend rewards are from using gold to purchase items from the boutique. That can be done via either gold you've paid money for, or gold you've gained via the auction house.

    Charge rewards are usually only limited to X timers per account while spend rewards can be limited by either account or character depending on the promotion itself.
