    They likely announced it somewhere stupid like Facebook, Twitter, or some other social media site I don't bother to waste my time on.

    I don't see it announced on what I would consider an "Official" site.

    Edit: Just checked ARC and PWI FB pages, nothing there but a couple of codes I wasn't aware of previously.

    They just put it up on their facebook 2ish hours ago. Apparently it was meant to be there yesterday since they said it was "tomorrow" from 9/12-9/16
