A/S Pack Messup & Now This..WTF PWI?

I just received the A/S pack spend promo mails, after this long wait. And even after so long wait, I was sent only 1x pack of each type?

Why do you guys even start new promotions before sorting out previous ones.
Wheres the rest of my reward (1x A chest + 1x S pack more) b:angry

    Yup same happen to me! Sometimes it really makes me feel that they dunno what they r doing! Im sorry i can understand u might have load of work... but u guys can mess pretty much everything!!

    So can Sparkie or anyone else give us more information on this? Because I didn't wait an extra week after the expected card delivery date just to receive half of the cards I earned.

    So when I first got my half of the rewards, it was around 2~3 am my time.
    Now about at least 12 hours has passed, it is 5 pm of the same day and I have just checked my mailbox after I got home because I saw mailbox notice and my other half of the rewards have been delivered.
    I checked the ticket I sent earlier this morning to see if they checked the ticket and had sent me the missing rewards, but doesn't seem like it has been checked or replied at all.
    So I guess it was just taking time, which is not so surprising with how pwi has been all these years..
    Or someone must've seen this thread xD

    I still haven't received mines either and it's been more than 2 weeks now. I feel betrayed when they're setting up another nearly similar promo when they haven't followed through entirely on their last one.

    it definately should not be like that but you need to open a ticket in order to receive your missing reward. its extra effort for both sides - i know - but its well worth it for you :)
