    I didn't have any problem logging in (using Arc for it). Maybe it's because of a windows update? Should be some available today.

    With the little information given, I'd say clear your cache. But I'm just shooting in the dark here because you gave us like nothing to work with.

    I cant log in ARC,it says login EXPIRED. Cant enter ARC site either.

    Clear the browser cache for IE and also try logging into the Arc site with a different browser. (If you were already using a browser other than IE, clear it's cache to and till try a different browser.)

    If all else fails, submit a ticket.
