Active Quest glitch

I just did the BH snake today & got 30 Active Points. I went to use them on my BH2, but it said that my inventory was full. I went to empty my inventory so i had room. Yet i went to reclaim it, the AP's were already deducted but i didn't get the 'reward'

This yet ANOTHER possible glitch?

    I've been in the same situation as you a couple times so far, but after clearing inventory I had to click again to redeem BH2, and I got my reward... Your points were consumed after clearing but u got nothing? :S Weird...
