So , im completing the New Form Quest now , but im sage atm , and i will switch to demon

is it anything that can mess with the skill/quest ?
or it dosent have anything to do with sage or demon skills ?

or do i need Sage or Demon True Form so i can learn the new form skill ?

    Yes u need the sage/demon true form to be able to learn the Panda form / Tiger Mighty Form
