How am I suppose to get support?

I've spent 50 gold on the card promo 2 weeks ago and have not received the rewards yet so I decided to try to send in a ticket but I can't cause I keep getting this error. I've tried other web browsers and still does not work. Hopefully I can get support here. http://tinypic.com/r/243fgwk/8

    Send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com as an alternative if you can't submit a ticket via normal means. (Third link in my signature)

    They way PWE works now is.


    1. Send in ticket/ email.
    2. wait for response.
    3. when you get email/response, it will tell you to post here on forums
    4. See #1


    Yes this is how PWE works now. Their support system is a complete joke now. Just search the forums, you will see how many people are told to post their problems here, where no one can help them lol.
