Kitty's forming a new guild, Memoire, which ish concentrated on low-level open-world PK, low-level tournaments and having good time in the Perfect World. The main point of Memoire ish to offer members a chance to practise and have fun PKing with others in quite similar power-range while also helping them improve in PVE-aspect of PWI.

Why Kitty formed a faction?

Actually the answer to this question lies in another question, "Why Kitty hasn't joined any factions?". Kitty hasn't seen a single faction worth having her. Kitty's yet to see a faction without ignorant people.

So, Kitty's thought about making her own faction but she lacked an in-game concentration point for one. When FC was declared dead and buried by PWI-team, Kitty practically lost her point in leveling her main army towards 100.

But, since leveling will now by much slower for others too, even more for casters, Kitty thought she could revive low-level PVP she's seen in videos of long ago. And as Kitty had an 1vs1 against some sin when she declared wars on majority of RT's factions, she noticed low-level duels can actually last quite long time if both are charmed.

And with all these weekly ARC-codes and event gold combined with low HP and thus low charmusage of lowbies, Kitty realized the time of low-level PVP has come!

Requirements to join Memoire:

-Good attitude: Kitty wants to keep Memoire as a nice faction where personality ish a strenght, not weakness. No discrimination allowed!
-Semi-activity: Kitty understands well if there's no time to play due to real-life. But at least knowing it's not just another name in the wall decorating the faction would be nice, Kitty thinks.
-Not advantageous: Memoire ish mainly a low-level PVP faction for anyone between 1-99. If you're higher than this, don't expect you'll get to PVP unless you have something like TT90-set and weapon for that purpose.
-Trustworthy: As there's a chance to drop items in PK if safetylock isn't on or someone forgot to get Guardian Scrolls, we must be sure they'll get their stuff back. Unpleasant surprises are unpleasant.

The rules of Memoire-PK

-To keep PVP rather equal for all guildies, gear for PVP ish restricted to less than Nirvana-gears(there's many other guilds for high-levels if they seek for PK).
-Don't PK without proper preparation.
-Open-world PK shall be done in remote areas to avoid interference.
-Don't spoil the location where PK ish going on to outsiders to avoid undesirable surprises.
-Don't interfere by attacking any participants or throwing buffs on them unless they ask you to.
-As a rule of courtesy: If any participant in PK drops something, it must be returned ASAP. Kitty will personally punish anyone who violates this rule.
-Always respect your opponent.
-Listen when you're given a hint, but have some healthy criticism when considering it either good or bad.
-If you criticize, give a reason.(aka. no "you fail just because you fail").
-It's preferred to carry Guardian Scrolls when in PK-mode. Just as a safety measure.
-To balance the difference between levels and gear participants can make an agreement about not using charm, sticking to 2-spark etc.
-If either participant doesn't want to PK due to power creep, it must be respected.
-No War avatars higher than C-level.

Some other rules:

-In TT mats will be either randomized or banked. On banked runs if more than one needs a mat, it will be randomized between needers.
-If you need something crafted, you can ask Kitty to craft them for you if you don't have the crafting level needed.
-Don't ask for free stuff. Kitty can tell how to make coins if you need and perhaps help you a bit(if she's in extremely good mood), but she won't do the work for you.
-If you don't know, feel free to ask Kitty. She knows quite much(and she's good looking for information if she doesn't know).
-Respect others or you won't be respected.
-Use English in faction chat. You can PM, make a chat room or squad with someone if you want to speak some other language. If Kitty sees this rule being violated, she'll either spam Cute Kittys or troll you in Finnish.

To help proceeding towards being higher-level and being a decent squadmate in PVE there will be also guild-PVs, BHs and other PVE-stuff. Kitty can also make tutorial runs to various instances and of course help learning class better since Kitty's already leveled every class to 100 at least once already and knows a thingie or two about how they work together.
