Hello, I have written to you guys a number of times before but received no response and the problem has been going on for months now. multiple friends who play online are also having the same problem. I will try and describe it in detail so that you understand. as I am unsure how to add images of the issue, but will try anyway.
When ever I am either a) creating a new character or b) trying to use a make over scroll, I have major difficulty changing the physical features of said character.
for example, with my Veno that i've had for a number of years now, I have to purchase multiple makeover scrolls just to give my character a new look.
Using basic changes are fine, though they do tend to make things go out of proportion or look odd as they are automatically changed. when i select Advanced settings for lets say the face or the lips, I can then only select complete, reselect class or cancel. it offers no way of going back to the basic selections so that i can change other features. this is very very frustrating when attempting to change what type of veno creature my character is. she's been a fox for years and will have to remain that way because there's no way for me to edit her type of body without what i've already done being destroyed, thus making it impossible for me to fix up the weird characters that all venos are automatically changed to when trying to change body type. I have taken multiple screen shots to show this and posted various support tickets and posts on other support threads multiple times over the months with no success and i really really hope you actually read this and something gets done. it is very frustrating and makes me kinda feel deterred from playing. character customization was the reason i originally downloaded the game years ago as a teen.

There's actually never been an ingame method to change just the venomancer type as they're all considered separate character models, so your individual settings won't carry over.

The remedy players have come up with is to use INI editing to simply change just the animal setting manually to one we want while keeping everything else as is.
