Customer Suport Really?

Even when it comes to money these guys say hey are hands are tiled but where compiling information and giving it to the developers so you got screwed is basicaly what i got ot of it.

same with there promos its not just the patch but soon after seems like everything is going down hill and even prepaid companys can sense a sinking ship there like yeah where disconting you pwi i feel like its word of mouth and the word dont seem so good just look at facebook for pwi .


i cant be the only one disgusted with these guys buisness practices its sad cause the game is realy is fun, it beatuifully made but it feels like my verizon iphone where if i was on anothere carrier i can do all kinds of stuff fun and cool stuff.

PWI needs to be indpendent have are owen verstion in the states and if hackers can edit and mod this game for fun on private servers whty cant we have a legal paid programer to fix are verstion of pw maybe make it way better

like all monsters tameable for venos ?

give clerics the ability to use violet dance with all there skills

permanent fash weapons no time limited ****

barbs have new true form to match there animal instead of a tiger and druged out looking panda.

And barbs can add any color fur to them selfs on charcter creation more color options.

And what the heck is with the avtar cards you can pick durability and so forth from shop but seriosly pwi you have to add c card ? you cant sale random a card random s card you have to include c card?


this is not hard if a hacker can mod this game you telling me you cant make your owen verstion like an 14 year old hacker can.

shoot hire the 14 year old well do better then outsourceing code to china.

the game was great untill the new patch and im serious about customer service saying the above id copy and paste it but they would delet the posting like they did to that other guys about the free gift he had posted the hands are tied thing perty much sorry your not a valued customer we cant do $*** about good luck hey take are survey earn 500 zen you could be the luck winner in our 500 zen drawing is what they said to me lol

Its messed up even after they give you bad news and **** you they pitch a survey raffle to earn 500 zen to add insult to injury lol

I have seen a lot of people complaining about the support team, and, in all honesty I believe them.
I think it has been a long time since anyone actually did care about this game, and, even though sometimes it's true that their hands are tied up because of China, that is not always the case and they still use that excuse.

But I also have to say the truth. I have used the support system around 5 times total, and I actually have one ticket open right now about the new promo code with the Aurora egg being sent out. Every time I contacted the support team they have always been nice AND fast. An example of this is that the said ticket I have open right now was sent yesterday and I got my reply today (I always see people saying that they do not reply on weekends/holidays, but they did, and I have proof that I cannot post here due to forum rules).

Anyway, maybe I just got lucky on the times I contacted them.

YOU ARE 100 % right they replyed next day almost all my tickets are fast response but like the free first time buyers they basicaly told me your screwed lol but actualy anything samething im screwed and they realy upset you with the compiling information pass it on to developers comment for future development of the game nice huh

most of my tickets have been promo deals misleading i did get my 10 star orb tho only because they would hav a problem on there hands kinda like this s card promo
