starting to think PWE/Arc Games hates me.

Everytime something is released by email (ie. the +10 orb codes, the thing released a few days ago for spending real money) i dont get it. Ive checked my email, and its correctly there. Last time it happened(ie +10 orb codes) i sent a ticket and got the "too bad. sry we cant help you" reply. is there any way to fix this?i have spent real money on this game. about 3 months ago was the most recent.
Servers: Archosaur(PvE US West) and Harshlands (PvP US East)
Chars: Viktorian(100 2Rb Celestial Demon BM) PurpleHealz (100 Celestial Sage Cleric) DagsAway (95 Assassin)

    I am kinda ticked myself. I have charged zen many times in the past and have recieved no email with a code for the first time buyers reward. I honestly dont know what to do. Anyone with info there feel free to post xD

    Add pwe as a contact, sometimes your email provider will screen various companies advertising emails. Especially if you never read them. Also make sure you are included in their advertising list. If you opted of receiving special promotions and offers because you didn't want ads, you may not receive it. I'd send a ticket to make sure you are on that list.

    To whitelist PWE add the following two emails addresses to your contacts. donotreply@crypticstudios.com and email@email.perfectworld.com. To get added onto that special promotions/offers list, submit a ticket.

    Also if you are using Gmail, check the "Promotions" tab.

    Yah what Venus said plus check ur junk folder esp with gmail which can be over zealous in dumping this kinda email in the junk. On one email i got to inbox on my 2nd account it was in my junk.
