I see many valid and not so valid complaints some done well some not so well...But what I have yet to see since the update is one single GM or community Manager bother a response to any of this I have seen Mods try and to them I send gratitude and recognize their efforts. As for the powers that be you can not honestly tell me you can not find 5 minutes of your time to bother an attempt to give some kind of insight as to what is being done. taking care of Games like this one is one of the main reasons a lot of you have a job, so would it not make sense to do all you can do and stop ignoring everyone and having Mods defend your huge work load. I am sure there is much to be done, how ever I am equally positive that one of you or even the person who's job it is to respond the Community Manager should have 1 hr to spend answering the forums between you..How about treating us with some respect and take care of the game to the best of your ability, start by taking time to answer some questions and complaints.

    Agreed. I am appalled that they have given this game such a low priority that they don't even have the decency to come out here and let us know they're at least looking into it.

    They have gotten lazy, they seem to think there isn't an issue with the game these days. If a MOD actually got on a GM char and came into game on each server, they would see just what their handy work is doing.

    I agree its about time they got off their ***** and took 5 minutes for their customer base

    I really just want a GM to take note of the concerns brought up here and tell us they're looking into it/Waiting on China to tell them what's up at least.
