Seal: Harshlands Title Quest Error?

I finally decided to do the title quests so obviously started with the first, Seal: Harshlands. I got up to part 3 where it teleports me to Harshlands, accepted the challenge when the scroll flashed on the top right, but the quest won't show up in my Title Event quest tracker.

I did the same exact thing with my level 50 Psy the night before and it worked, but not on my 87 Seeker. Tried relogging, even restarted computer but it still won't show up. I had 18/20 normal quests at the time, now have 16/20. Not sure if it'd affect title even quests but decided to try anyway. It shows the Kitten's Bell quest after I accepted that, though.

    Okay... the quest just showed up so I guess I had to just walk around the activation area again -_-

    problem solved nothing to see here b:surrender
