Spend Promo Giveaway end date confusion

I'm confused on the end date, it first lists the duration for promotion as:


Start Date: Friday, August 22nd 2014 @ 12:01AM PDT

End Date: Monday, August 25th 2014 @ 11:59PM PDT


But then on the bottom is says:

Remember, the rewards cap at 50 gold spent, so you will not earn extra rewards past that amount. This promotion ends on Tuesday, August 24th 2014 @ 11:59PM PDT, so make sure to make the most out of it!

But the 24th is a Sunday...so does it end on Sunday the 24th, Monday the 25th or Tuesday the 26th??
