Wrong, if you make all servers PvP, you will find out how fast this game dies. There is a reason the Heaven's Tear server is the largest server in this game. Its because its PvE. People who like to pk can kill each other out West Arch and people who don't wanna pk, don't have too. If they made Heaven's Tear PvP, too many people who buy gold with their credit cards would quit.

PWI needed a way to revamp open world PvP on PvE servers,

this was a great idea but a terrible execution


P.S.: consider that EU players never had a choice between PvE and PvP server, eventho a PvP server was announced on EU platform but it had never been released
I'm pretty sure if they open a new EU PvP server a lot of EU players playing on US servers would reroll on the new EU one, considered also that current game balance is broken and the most would like to reroll class aswell
