Chat freezing.

Usually bugs in the game don't bother me too much, but this one is just ridiculous.
My chat, and almost everyone else I've spoken to about it is having constant chat freezes, which leaves it frozen until you refresh it by switching chats.

Please try fix this as soon as possible because chat really is a huge part of this game.

    I can confirm this. Please fix this ASAP, it is very frustrating to have the chat locked every five minutes.

    Verifying the game files before starting the client has worked for me.

    If your chat is locking try the following.
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Go to Game tab of the Settings window
    3. Uncheck System (greenish grey) from all other Chat Regions except from General
    4. Press Confirm

    I agree that unchecking System works, but this still does need to be fixed. I want to be able to see those system messages about drops and whatnot and dislike that I have to turn it off because they broke something.

    But now that there is a temporary solution, I bet they won't fix it...

    I only unchecked System in my faction filter, since that is where I am 99% of the time. So you really only have to alter the chat you spend the most time in.
