Where do i send a ticket about the support team?

Does anyone know where i can send a ticket about the support team? Any ticket i open, regarding any topic. I get the answer "it's a duplicate ticket". They do not even reference the ticket which it is duplicating.

This is a serious breach on the support team side. Or has pwi support decided their new auto response reply is "it's a duplicate ticket"?

Granted my first ticket about pq 3 = duplicate, i closed the ticket. The next ticket i sent about pq 3, was after closing the first one, but they said it was a duplicate.

Next topic = unrelated to pq 3, first time i sent it, reply = duplicate.

3rd topic = unrelated to pq 3 or previous topic, first time i sent it, reply = duplicate.

This is starting to get seriously annoying. If anyone can help out on how i can get the ticket issues resolved.

I close my ticket before opening a new one. The status says closed. I wait 2~3 days before opening the new ticket. The replies are all the same, copy pasted message.

I have sent sparkie a pm, but there has been no reply, 2 weeks pending.

I suspect my account is flagged by someone, and they auto reply with duplicate reply, without reading the ticket.

If the support team keeps on replying like this, i might need to start spamming the ticket system and hope that i find that 1 good person that reads, replies and cares.

    Tried sending them an e-mail directly yet?

    It might help you out a bit more in this situation. Give it a shot and see how it goes.

    I have to admit in my line of work we are taught that the customer is always right. Now in some cases this is not the case and it is right to go with the correct information. But in most cases its more to help the customer rather than simply say no. Give them some form of alternate. In a recent events and what I have seen people post the above does not seam to come into play. Really it makes me wonder as they don't really seam to be providing a good level of customer support. Dealing with problems giving the correct information is only part of the customer service idea. Going that Extra mile also is something that seams to lack. This may be me but i deal with this day to day and PWEs Customer Support does make me wonder sometime.

    I may be misunderstanding this. You keep sending in tickets about PQ3, and are annoyed they mark them as duplicates?

    Don't you think they pull up your profile/history, see the fresh "WTH PQ3?" and the last 5 times you sent them a "WTH PQ3" and maybe are annoyed that you keep asking the same question they don't have an answer for?

    What are the other questions you are asking? "Why won't you answer my PQ3 question?"

    Honestly it sounds like you send in way too many tickets. In all the years I've been playing I have sent in a total of three.

    But he said he only sent in two tickets about PQ3, the second because the first one was closed. I have done the same when I once ticketed about a specific situation, and they closed it without letting me respond to their completely unrelated answer. What option did I have but to open another one in order to let them know that their answer made no sense given the situation I had, and ask again for some real help? And in my case, it actually did work, as apparently the second time my ticket went to someone with reading and comprehension skills.

    Even if they are annoyed about one duplicate ticket, they should not mark two later tickets on completely different situations as duplicate. And if the OP states that they were unrelated I'm sure he didn't have PQ3 in the title, so they should have at least scanned through to see what the issue was.
