Caravan Daily quest

Hey guys,

Im once again pretty confused but this time its the caravan daily in primal world.
This is the quest im talking about:

So i searched a bit before opening this thread and found serval answers along with answers ingame aswell but im pretty confused because nothing seems to work out too well except chill there a while and eventually it spawns.

So yea the thing is some people ingame told me, that you need to do something before it spawns and that is the other daily called Stronghold assault but everytime i do this it doesnt spawn.

I chilled there a while but still nothing spawned but when i wait really long (like 45 minutes) it spawns but some people flame me then because "they" spawned the caravan and its their quest.

i dont get it, what am i supposed to do to get this quest going?

It's random, sometime spawn after the quest, sometime it doesn't.

And for people complaining if you do the quest just PK them, we play on HL for a reason if it was THEIR caravan and quest then you wouldn't be able to pick it, the fact that everyone can pick the quest when it appear prove that it's not the propriety of any player. There's many mobs that spawn so people complaining are just crying babies, only one mob is needed to complete the quest, more mobs give more exp, but you get the same amount of vitae no matter how many mobs you kill. If you want to be polite then just kill one mob for the quest, if you want to be a jerk AOE the mobs and PK the others. XD

Every person that does that daily, the Stronghold Assault or whatitsname, has a chance to spawn the Caravan.
This makes the Caravan a rather random quest. If someone had been waiting for the Caravan for a while, people will usually let that person do it and wait for their turn or they'll just start PKing each other.

In your case, I guess I can understand that someone might want to claim the Caravan, if it happened to be their quest that triggered it but they could have taken a more friendly approach. It doesn't really "belong" to anyone though.

The key is to PK as many helpless lowbies as possible. The donkey demands a blood sacrifice.

Well thats the thing, i threw an aoe and killed the two who complained but i was just wondering.

So when its just a CHANCE to trigger this thing after doing this quest then okay i get it then.
because i got so many different answers for that either its time based, every 15/30/45/60 minutes it spawns, random spawn between 5 and 60 minutes or some other random reason which involved either doing a quest or do some other ****.

Well i guess i play the waiting game then until it appears.

From the Stronghold Assault quest you get an item that will be automatically opened if you have a free questslot. It's this here: http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/40983
As you can see, there is a 10% probabilty to spawn the caravan every time someone is finishing the Stronghould Assault quest.

HATE - A few days ago on my sin I waited over an hour and when it spawns I take the quest. I kill some mobs and right on the bridge someone aoe's and kills me - ARRRGHHHHH
