What is a closed ticket?

Hi Sparkie, i Pm'ed you as well, in case you read this instead.
I am having a case of a copy paste unicorn replying to my tickets. Any ticket i submit, i get a response saying this is a duplicate ticket. Normally that would be fine if the two tickets submitted were about the same thing. The tickets i submitted are about two different things, but i still get the response that it is a duplicate.
Could you look into that?
Not discussing people's ticket, but has anyone else also experienced a similar response from the support team?
Could someone also tell me how to close a ticket, what is considered a close ticket? I was under the impression if the status of a ticket is solved, the ticket is closed.

I'm currently experiencing them responding the same exact wording to every single question I ask about my issue...Camlyra-Raging Tides. Since the avatar is broken.

If its 2 different cases, then it mostly never says duplicated. (at least i never had that problem )
If its still same subject/ same case , they will make it as duplicated.
U can press on ur ticket. And there is option to close the ticket Yes/No. That Option is always on No, then just switch it as Yes. If u close the ticket it will say : Solved. (Customer Support wont reply to that one)0 -

Thank you, my problem is, i close a ticket by clicking yes to solved, wait 2~3 days, open a new one, they tell me it is a duplicate because the other ticket is open, it shows closed for me. That is what confuses me, is closing a ticket something we can not do, only the support team can do?0
