ZEN Taking HOURS TO POST AFTER APPROVAL

Currently the situation in purchasing Zen:
If you use a game card its 8 or more HOURS TO update to your in game account.
If you use a Credit card its 5 HOURS to update to your game account.

There is Sale items that will be missed : Due to your Delay in Processing.

This needs to be checked into and resolved.

Customer Service Phone number Should be avalible: as You are a Business and We are Paying Customers. With out Customers you dont have a business.

    same here...still waiting for 2hours ,still no gold. im really pissed right now
