Servers trakers deleted

Hi! My name is Mr.Zietto and im a little dumb >.>
Recently i used a program on my pc ( ComboFix) because i had a problem with my browsers, someone of you know the spamming Sweet-page right? Yup, i deleted it with it. The problem is that i deleted also 'server trakers' of my arc/pwi. I tried to download it again, asking on ticket system, everything but i got no help, anyone know what to do in this case?

SweetieBot, am i able to connect servers?

    Ok, I got the call from SweetieBot.

    Run the ArcRepair.exe tool from your Arc folder and it will replace any missing/corrupted files.

    Also, ensure that you have excluded your client/Arc folders from all AV software and security software scans.

    I'v done everything you said but there's a problem. When i'm clicking on ArcRepair.exe nothing happens. I've redownloaded everything, from arc, to pwi. And can't start play on this PC. When im eneting the game i can see server status but whhen i want to enter it sais 'Uneable to connect to server'. Should i buy me new pc? Qb:surrender

    Unable to connect to server sounds like something is wrong with your network, especially if you can still see server statuses.

    Try restarting your modem or router (power cycling), and then clearing your DNS cache. Then, test your connection again.

    Be sure to post here when you've finished!

    Or it's Firewall/AV software causing an issue. if it still doesn't work after follwing Kritty's advice, I'll need a detailed log of all the things you've done so far, and a hyperlink to a Published Speccy Report. Oh, and a copy of the output from a traceroute wouldn't be bad either.

    I finished, i restarted my moden and 'flushed' dns ^^
    Nothign changed. U know the biiig button start as u click 'play' on arc? So.. i can see all server status and i can't see 'news' i can see who's online on my fl but i can't connect any server. I can't even upload my game or ' exam my files.
    And all my antivirus, and all that stuff is off for now Q.Q Im thinking about nuk

    The problem is that my little bro deleted Combofix, and also the registry ( stuff deleted, stuff infected) I readed it only once and i capted something like 'PWI' 'server' 'tracker'.
    Oh and everything was DELETED. What's AV? o.O

    Buy a new computer or reinstall your windows and download arc and the game again and your problems are fixed.b:laugh

    AV is AntiVirus softwre.

    If your brother did all that, it's likely that you'll need to re-install Windows.

    All joking aside, your best bet would be a fresh install. Also, that will enable you to decide if you want to download certain things again, which will enable you to pare down what you have on your computer, resulting in a much faster running OS.

    I have been playing perfect world for 6months, its a nice game an i enjoy it but just recently when i form a party with some other players the server disconnect me from the game, an usually i have to log on again, but now its getting worse. sometime i cant even play the game because im constantly being disconnected from server. the server i usually play in is Anasourar maybe not spelled correct, but thats what happening to me. Why is that if i go in a party to complete a quest thats what happens. Please Help i dont know what to do.b:surrenderb:surrenderb:surrender

    Most likely it's an issue localized on your system if it's that specific.

    Read my Sticky Thread and follow the tips. If you still have an issue, please post a new thread with very specific details on what troubleshooting you've performed, and the other information that I ask for.
