Zen transaction/transfer error

At first I thought it was just one of my accounts that had a problem as account itself.
So I sent a ticket when I got this error and tried to get Zen on another account for the time being.
It appears that it's having same exact problem now giving me same exact message like below

When I go to check my purchase history on both accounts, they both say that I have the transaction completed and even got transferred to the server I wanted them to go to.
However, they're not showing up on both of my accounts.
I will send a ticket again on this account also, but there's something I thought was little fishy.
When the error happened the first time, I tried logging out of the account I charged on and logging back in (pretty much just closed out from the client and opened a new one to log in).
It was taking around 2-3 mins of wait time on trying to log in, kinda seemed like a repeat of server log in / account issues from yesterday.
I don't know what's going on with you guys' servers lately, but whatever that's tied to it for our accounts and payment transactions, there's something wrong (or could just be me but same exact error on 2 different accounts and log in delays....makes me think that account-server connection has something iffy going on again).

Can someone please see if they have same error at all?
