So, since the other thread holding this info will be closed for necro soon (if it's not now)

Here's a Map where you can filter material locations among other things (hover over pickaxes when you select mats to see the coords):

    that map has not been updated since before the tideborn expansion. use pwdatabase.com has all locations including heaven and hell
