Account Stash question

Question, does it work cross-server? Or is it just for the characters on one server? Because I put money in the account stash from the Lost City server but haven't been able to get it in the RAging Tide server, at least not yet, is there a delay?

    Nope. Account stashes, much like event gold, are based on the server itself and don't allow for any sort of cross-server transfer.
