100 - Assassin
102 - Mystic
94 - Cleric

    r93 is the best for every class. NV3 is the cheaper endgame option.

    I have to ask, why would you ask for the best and the cheapest in the same sentence? Those are typically polar opposites.

    ^ What they said. However, if your aim is to mostly PVE a decently refined set of G16 Nirvana gear is still pretty much overkill for most dungeons, and is fairly inexpensive.

    nv3 -> pve gear
    r9 -> poo gear not worth getting
    r9rr -> pvp gear

    As easy as that, going R9 without aiming for something better is quite pointless, you will still be a one-shot in pvp, and will do as good in pvp as with nv3, and it costs a **** lot more...
