Transfering Stones

Hello, i need a little help..
I Have 2 Ashura itens ( Gloves, boots ) with 4 DoT's each part.. but now i make r9rr gear, it's possible i transfer this stones for my r9 gear? how i can do that? in what npc? how much this will cust? thank you. b:kiss

    Nope. You can't transfer shards from gear of one type to another completely different equip like that.

    I want this item, so much.
    It will never happen, but currently I have a bunch of vit stones and citrine gems rotting away in gear I don't use anymore cause I didn't expect to upgrade as far as I did b:cry
